Job Summary:
The Senior Contract Specialist / Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial and contractual aspects of major infrastructure projects, including valuation, claims, variations, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with FIDIC and Qatar contract conditions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Ministry of Municipality Grade A registration (mandatory).
15+ years' experience in consultancy on infrastructure projects.
Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and claims management.
MRICS or equivalent professional membership preferred.
Proficient in commercial, financial, and reporting tools.
