Administers contracts and purchase orders of DoD clients.
Administers in a paralegal manner on all interpretations of Contracts and Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, and any other legal documents.
Reviews and interprets RFP specifications, requirements and terms and conditions for incorporation into proposal submittal to customers.
Ensures all agreements and purchase order awards, are in full compliance with company's procedures and policies as well as the client's requirements.
Provides input to negotiation and execution of teaming agreements with clients.
Monitors contract performance to ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met.
Assists Project Team in the business management of contracts and leading the development of proposals in support of The Bridge Co 's business capture department.
Assists in directing coordination with other departments on matters related to contracting; prepares responses as necessary to customer correspondence and other requests.
Maintains an in-depth understanding of supply levels and services for assigned agreements.
Assists in ensuring that proposal plans and approaches of the Administrative and Cost Volume of a proposal meet the contractual requirements of the RFP, Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards.
Develops cost or price analysis, contracting plan, as necessary, for inclusion in proposals.
Assist with negotiations with clients; documents reviews of contracts; makes recommendations to management to execute contract documents.
Assist with establishing contractor budgets, authorizes funding, reviews and approves invoices for payment, reports contract status to Project Manager and Executives.
Tracks data to keep informed on price trends and market dynamics.
Continuously monitors awarded contracts overall performance, on-time delivery, and quality to ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met and coordinated with the Program Managers.
Other related areas of responsibility as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum (6) years of experience in contracts and subcontracts specifically in the DOD market working a wide variety of contracts and subcontracts with a strong background in contract administration and management.
Long experience with managing RFQs/RFPs, and correspondent proposals and bidding strategy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, being able to present financial information clearly and succinctly.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to exchange information and interface effectively with clients are required.
Prior program management experience.
Should pass home country and place of employment background clearance.
Able to work flexibly in weekends or other shifts, when required.
Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Material Management processes.
Strong understanding of Price / Cost Analysis methodologies and principles.
Price / cost analysis experience.
Experience with Technical Proposal.
Experience in establishing strategic relationships with clients.
Education and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or any related field.
Proficient in English Language.
Proficiency with FAR/DFARS requirements and U.S. Government contracting
Ability to work on MS Dynamics.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.
