Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure the works are carried out and are progressing in accordance with the contract terms;
- Report the progress of the works;
- Manage the commissioning of works;
- Manage the timelines and milestones of the project in view of its targeted completion date;
- Manage the costs of the project, including adjusting the contract sum;
- Supervise and inspect tasks that are to be, or are already, completed;
- Liaise with and instruct the main contractor of the project;
- Ascertain variations and determine applications or requests for an extension of time and respond accordingly;
- Inspect and manage the defects and ensure that such defects are remedied within the stipulated time frame;
- Record keeping such as records of site visits, site inspections, correspondences, invoices and payment slips; and
- Certify works and issuing the relevant certificates
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
