:

The role of the Senior Content Producer is to assist the Content Production Manager with development, continuity, IP usage, content creation and foundational brand standards across the organizations internal and external communication.

Working closely with the Content Production Manager the Senior Content Producer will support with content curation, brand management and creative solutions for all brands managed by Miral Group.

The Senior Content Producer will also be responsible for development of creative photo and video content produced internally and/or by external creative agencies.

In order to be successful, you must be able to:
  • Manage all creative initiatives, work-flow management, project assignment, quality control checking and ensuring compliance with brand and IP rules/regulations.
  • Support the Content Production Manager in communicating with stakeholders to ensure that Creative Briefs are clear and detailed to ensure that the proposed creative solution will meet business requirements.
  • Manage creative production workflow, ensuring all project details and timelines are current to make a realistic assessment of creative work load. Findings to be reported to the Head of Creative Services.
  • Ideation of innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions including new concepts, social activation ideas and digital rich media in line with the latest marketing and design techniques.
  • Performs other miscellaneous support functions as required
  • Support the Content Production Manager produce content for all marketing initiatives (B2C/B), ensuring quality communication that is compliant with IP rules/regulations and in-line with internal brand standards. Responsible for all photo/video creative production across all assets, ensuring each execution meets the creative objectives and all assets delivered on time.
  • Ensure high quality and consistency across all visual communication utilizing a 360 integrated approach to curating creative content.
  • Ensure consistency in multilingual tone-of-voice and compliance with IP naming conventions for copywriting and translations across all theme park/attraction(s) brand(s).
  • Curate and execute engaging content for the (Always-On) social media channels, ensuring all content is delivered to the Brand Performance Team on time and executed in-line with growth KPI\'s.
  • Support the Content Production Manager with management of all third-party production shoots with the external creative agency.
  • Support the wider business with creative requests via the internal creative agency.
  • Create photography, videography, complex graphics, animations, illustrations using independent judgment and creativity for internal and external comms.
  • Make objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion.
  • Drive creative multimedia solutions that are in-line with the theme park/attraction(s) brand value proposition and reflect the brand\'s core values.
  • Creative to be developed in-line with the overall brand strategy, the brand guidelines, and IP regulations
  • Creation of new theme park/attraction(s) new ride and product launch content
  • Advise on the production process of creative solutions, including production specifications, reviewing material to maintain a high quality assurance
  • Ensure that internal policies and processes are followed and adhered to at all time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Essential:
  • Bachelor degree in digital marketing or a related field
Years of Experience:

Essential:
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing/social and digital communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience leading high performing team
Desirable:
  • Experience in business and strategy development
Skills:

Essential:
  • Advanced skills in multimedia content creation (videography, photography & graphic design)
  • Advanced skills in copywriting in English and Arabic
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms and monitoring suite suppliers
  • Strong communication skills and experienced of business strategy and development
  • Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve, plan and align work to ensure accountability
  • Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results
  • Positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new challenges.
