You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to conceptualize, create, and execute content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results. Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience preferences, and industry trends.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Creative Ideation: Generate innovative content ideas and concepts that effectively communicate key messages and engage audiences.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and preferences, ensuring that content aligns with their vision and objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO, user experience, and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, and use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and strategists, to integrate content seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives.
- Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience 7 to 8 years in content creation, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in content strategy development, audience segmentation, and persona development.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content decisions and strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new creative approaches.
