About the M&A and Transactions Advisory Service Line

Join our dynamic M&A and Transactions Advisory Services team, where we excel across the entire deal lifecycle. From strategic origination and expert corporate finance advice in M&A transactions to comprehensive valuation services and rigorous due diligence, we ensure our clients navigate transactions with confidence. Our expertise extends to SPA advisory for safeguarding financial interests, acting as independent financial advisors for IPOs, and guiding various corporate transactions including financial modeling, fundraising, and debt advisory. As a Senior Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

Crafting precise valuation reports and financial models to guide strategic decisions Driving complex financial modelling with industry-leading expertise Evaluating business assets with precision, from large corporates to intangible assets Collaborating closely to foster client success and business growth Leading market studies and create impactful M&A and fundraising strategies Supervising, training and mentoring associates and interns on assignments

Skills

Think you've got what it takes to be a Senior Consultant? Like the color purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant fields 3+ years of experience within Valuations in a consulting firm or other related field Qualified professional qualification in an industry leading certification such as the CFA, ASA, CBV, ACA, ACCA Comfortable using Microsoft Office Confident individual with an independent and structured way of working Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment Strong written and spoken English. Arabic speaking would be advantageous Strong presentations skills and comfortable working with a diverse range of clients Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites
