Position: Senior Consultant (Audit & Accounting)

AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced

Senior Consultant

to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate must have

at least 5 years of experience in the UAE

working with audit or accounting firms and must possess strong technical knowledge in accounting, VAT, and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage accounting and audit engagements independently or under minimal supervision. Review and finalize client financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Prepare and file VAT returns and manage all VAT-related matters for clients. Conduct internal control evaluations and recommend improvements. Liaise with clients to resolve accounting and financial issues. Train and guide junior staff on best practices, compliance, and client servicing. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in an audit or accounting firm

within the UAE

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA, CA, or CPA candidates (qualified or pursuing) will be preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho, Tally, or QuickBooks.

Language:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and manage a small team. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary Package:

AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
