Senior Consultant - Real Estate Advisory

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategic Advisory

Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies for real estate projects across MENAP. Analyse market trends, investment opportunities, and economic factors influencing real estate decisions. Develop data-driven insights to support strategic planning and client recommendations.

Client Engagement & Advisory Services

Prepare high-quality client reports, presentations, and proposals for real estate advisory assignments. Provide expert advice on market positioning, development strategies, and investment planning. Lead client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and business development initiatives. Draft and coordinate responses to client RFPs and advisory mandates.

Financial & Development Analysis

Build and re view financial models for real estate investment and development projects. Assess project viability, pricing strategies, and revenue projections. Support clients with due diligence, valuation analysis, and investment structuring.

Publications & Thought Leadership

Contribute to industry reports, white papers, and research publications on the real estate sector. Develop market intelligence content for marketing and business development purposes. Represent the firm in conferences, media, and industry panels.

Regional Scope & Travel Requirements

Based in Riyadh with projects across KSA and the wider MENAP region. Travel may be required for client engagements, site assessments, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

Core Competencies

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong client management and relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.

Professional Expertise

5+ years of experience in real estate consulting, investment, or development. Deep understanding of the KSA and UAE real estate market, regulatory environment, and key players. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for advisory deliverables. Bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or Business. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Additional Attributes

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience in handling high-profile clients, including VIP stakeholders. Strong research and publication skills to contribute to thought leadership. High level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
