YOUR PROFILEEducation & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science,Supply Chain Management, or a related STEM field. Consultants: 24 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial digitaltransformation. Senior Consultants: 5+ years of experience in a consulting, systems integration, or productownership role in areas such as MES, IIoT, or Smart Factory transformation. Prior experience in the Middle East region or exposure to multinational projectenvironments is a strong advantage.Technical & Industry Expertise Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations, such asdiscrete or process manufacturing, logistics, production planning, and qualitymanagement. Strong conceptual understanding of data modeling, analytics, and visualizationxe2x80x94experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Azure Synapse is a plus. Exposure to AI/ML use cases in predictive maintenance, quality control, or supply chainforecasting is desirable.Languages & Mobility Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus. Experience in or strong interest in the Middle East industrial market.
