The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for the Marketing /Sales recruitment desk working across FMCG based in Dubai - 10 minutes from the beach!
The role
Build and manage our FMCG Desk on our Marketing and Sales desk. Nettork to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience. You will have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts.Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities as well as effectively demonstrate "best practices" and promote brand awareness
About you
Full end to end recruitment value chain experience that can shape and attract top passive talent, internal and external with a holistic approachOver 2 years' experience working on a Marketing/Sales recruitment deskA passion for the International / Middle East MarketCreative thinker
