Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our clients team running the construction for multiple construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction management team in planning and executing construction activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and construction standards
- Manage the procurement process for materials and subcontractors
- Facilitate communication between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders
- Review and approve construction plans and designs
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale development projects
- Experience successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and practices
