Senior Construction Manager

Job Description
Our client - a major real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a Project Manager for its exquisite, luxury tourism destination project being developed along the northwestern Red Sea coastline of Saudi Arabia The Senior Construction Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects; every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure, ensuring that timeframe targets and budgets are met and will manage relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in Project Management
- Minimum last 5 years as a Construction/Project Manager (Marine offshore works background)
- Experience in construction of reverse osmosis treatment plant (ROTP), sub seas cables and jettys
- Middle East experience required
- Willing to work in remote area
- Tabuk: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Required)

- infrastructure project: 5 years (Preferred)
