Senior Compliance Officer

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer for our insurance client in Dubai.
This role will support the Compliance Manager in ensuring adherence to UAE laws, CBUAE regulations, and internal policies. Drive regulatory reporting, risk monitoring, policy compliance, and governance frameworks across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the company's compliance framework.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports to the CBUAE.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities (KYC/AML, anti-fraud, etc.).
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Update and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness programs.
- Investigate issues, recommend corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 4-6 years' compliance experience, including 2-3 years in UAE insurance/financial services.
- Strong knowledge of CBUAE regulations.
- Experience with regulatory inspections, audits, and reporting.
- Professional certifications (CAMS, ICA, CCO) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
