Our Compression Service Organization is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Senior Commercial Sales Manager to join our Finance team of the Middle East Region. The role involves having negotiation, commercial and proposal responsibility for the development of Compression Service orders and projects which includes Master Frame Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, sophisticated modification and upgrade projects, as well as coordinated solutions opportunities. You will be a project entrepreneur responsible for all commercial aspects during the bid phase. Additionally, it entails supporting the preparation and presentation of opportunities throughout the bid process for the Compression Service organization. You will be responsible for mentoring other commercial sales managers and enabling their development. You will need to be able to identify key market conditions, regulations, and risks to help evaluate potential and profitable opportunities. Your capacity to analyze data, financial proficiency, and proactive approach are crucial for success in this role.
