Senior Collection Officer - Huzaifa Holiday Homes (Dubai)
Job Summary:
Huzaifa Holiday Homes is looking for a trustworthy and disciplined Senior Collection Officer to manage daily cash collections from all our properties across Dubai. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in cash handling and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect daily cash from multiple properties across Dubai
Ensure accurate counting, verification, and secure handling of all collected amounts
Maintain proper records, receipts, and collection logs
Submit collections to the accounts department with full transparency
Follow strict cash-handling procedures and company policies
Coordinate with property managers for smooth collection operations
Report discrepancies, delays, or issues immediately
Maintain a high level of integrity, discipline, and punctuality
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cash collection, finance, or field operations
Strong sense of responsibility and honesty
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of Dubai routes is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel/WhatsApp logs)
Preferred:
Experience in property management or hospitality industry (plus point)
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
VISA:Candidates Must Have Their Own Visa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
