Senior Client Manager

Position Overview:

As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert real estate guidance, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the entire property transaction process. You will play a key role in generating business, closing deals, and building lasting relationships in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate. Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities. Manage property viewings, negotiations, and the full transaction process. Stay informed about the latest market trends, developments, and legal requirements. Work closely with internal teams including marketing, administration, and operations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Represent OIA Properties professionally at all times, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market. Proven track record of successful deal closures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
