Job Summary

:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Civil Supervisor

to oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works as per project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience in the UAE and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and monitor all civil works (e.g., excavation, formwork, concreting, blockwork, plastering, finishes). Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams for daily tasks. Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently. Monitor site progress and update reporting tools daily. Identify technical issues on-site and coordinate with the engineering team for resolution. Ensure strict compliance with UAE safety standards and company HSE policies. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper PPE usage by all workers. Liaise with quality control and inspection teams for work approvals. Maintain documentation such as daily site reports, inspection requests, and material usage records.

Qualifications & Experience

:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory)

7+ years of experience

, including at least

3 years in the UAE

Experience in

residential/commercial buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices in the UAE Ability to read drawings and interpret construction specifications Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage)
