Senior Civil Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. Ensure all building systems are maintained in accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications. Coordinate with service providers and contractors for specialized repair or maintenance tasks. Monitor the performance of maintenance technicians and ensure compliance with KPIs. Prepare maintenance reports and document work performed in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Assist in budgeting for maintenance operations and equipment upgrades. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and maintenance needs. Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, including civil defense and municipality requirements. Participate in energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the UAE. Good communication and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license is preferred.
