Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Handle and Read Drawings, Material Schedule and specifications.
\xe2\x80\x93 Take off of civil/architectural items prior to estimation.
\xe2\x80\x93 Evaluate site access and conditions and propose production levels for proposals.
\xe2\x80\x93 Make site visits as needed to confirm scope of work.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide competitive bids that result in profitable contracts.
\xe2\x80\x93 Review project drawings and specifications to determine scope of work.
\xe2\x80\x93 Identify labor, equipment and material requirements.
\xe2\x80\x93 Coordinate administrative staff in sending documents to vendors and subcontractors.

\xe2\x80\x93 Must possess more than 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Civil Estimator Engineer in Dubai, UAE.
\xe2\x80\x93 Good record in tender estimation with high success rate.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience with main contracting companies in residential, commercial, land landscaping projects.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills, well organized, and accurate.
\xe2\x80\x93 Having strong connections and relationships with local suppliers and subcontractors.
\xe2\x80\x93 B. Sc. in Civil Engineering.
\xe2\x80\x93 Immediately available to join.
