Lead civil engineering works for industrial/high-rise projects, ensuring timely delivery.Site Supervision:
Oversee site activities, contractors, and ensure compliance with drawings/specifications.Coordination:
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth execution.Quality & Compliance:
Ensure construction meets industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Documentation:
Prepare and review reports, technical documents, and progress updates.Problem-Solving:
Provide solutions to site challenges and ensure risk mitigation.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
Maintain professional communication and address concerns proactively.Qualifications:
Minimum
8+ years' experience
as a Civil Engineer, with strong exposure toindustrial/high-rise projects
. Proven consultancy-side experience in UAE projects. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. UAE driving license mandatory.Immediate Joiners will be prioritized.
