Job Summary:

Intl Albab Engineering and Contracting is currently seeking a

Civil Engineer with G+4 license approval from Dubai Municipality

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai Marina

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of G+4 building projects, ensuring adherence to all technical, regulatory, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage G+4 construction projects from inception to completion. Prepare and review structural and architectural drawings, BOQs, and material submittals. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, G+4 permit requirements, and safety codes. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality control. Manage site staff and ensure timely execution of works as per project schedule. Handle documentation, approvals, inspections, and handovers in coordination with authorities. Prepare progress reports and attend site and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Valid G+4 license/approval from Dubai Municipality (mandatory).

4-7 years of experience in civil construction, with proven experience in G+4 building projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM regulations, and safety standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera or MS Project. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and contract documents.

Preferred:

UAE Driving License. Experience in design coordination and value engineering. Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions.

Location:

Dubai Marina - Candidates must be willing to work onsite and manage projects in nearby locations.
