Job Description

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. with Min 10 years of experience

Certified Engineer by DM for unlimited high-rise buildings.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction of high-rise building in UAE.

Strong technical capabilities and familiarity with construction technics, QHSE.

Ensure full compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and local and international building codes.

Excellent communication skills with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other company resources.

Self& result oriented, with strong ability to analyze and solve complicated problems and site challenges.

Support the Company technical office in preparing claims of Extension of Time, variations and monthly payment certificates.

Prepare weekly progress reports, method statement, Technical Submittals.

Ability to control project progress and propose any corrective actions as might be needed to restore the project progress as per the approved time schedule.

Assure Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and inspection records.

Driving license is a must

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
