Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Civil Engineer

to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience in high-rise buildings and villa construction. This role demands in-depth knowledge of site operations, project planning, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Develop project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor project progress against milestones. Lead and mentor junior engineers, foremen, and site staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines through regular inspections and audits. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum

15 years

of civil engineering experience, including at least

8 years

in senior roles in the

Gulf region

Project Experience:

Demonstrated success in managing and delivering

high-rise buildings and villa projects
