Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with 12+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years in a direct project management role. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and on-site teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure or real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans involving all relevant stakeholders. Ensure resource availability and allocation and manage day-to-day project operations. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Ensure all health and safety, legal, and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (master's degree is a plus). Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a project manager position. Proven experience managing end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage (not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with ERP systems used in construction management
