Job Description

Demonstrated experience in the management of projects of similar nature Review and approve the structural designing criteria, calculations, design / shop drawings and specification of the project. Review the civil and structural material submittals of the project. To revise or change the drawings on site as and when needed in agreement with Employer through RFI (where required). Inspect the site work as per the approved shop drawings. Attending fabrication facility and providing report. Co-ordinate with other services and disciplines, in order to avoid any conflicts during the execution. Maintains ongoing project requirements and specifications. Ensure all projects comply with applicable codes and standards. Corresponds with local authority for shop drawing approvals. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Carry out structural modification / alteration proposed by EMPLOYER along with structural design calculations, reports and recommendations. Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner. Conduct on-site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, calculations, drawings and other).
