: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to take ownership of a kitchen section and support smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: xc2xb7 Take full responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen. xc2xb7 Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurants standards. xc2xb7 Assist in supervising and training junior chefs and commis. xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety (HACCP). xc2xb7 Monitor mise en place, portion control, and stock levels. xc2xb7 Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on daily operations. xc2xb7 Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section. Requirements xc2xb7 Minimum 34 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year as a CDP. xc2xb7 High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. xc2xb7 HACCP Certified with strong knowledge of food safety practices. xc2xb7 Solid understanding of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment. xc2xb7 Excellent time management and attention to detail. xc2xb7 Strong teamwork and communication skills. xc2xb7 Ability to handle high-volume service and multitask efficiently.
