. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, food quality, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute a diverse menu featuring Lebanese, international cuisines.
Design and prepare high-quality breakfast items including artisanal sandwiches, gourmet toasts, and healthy options.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Monitor kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly maintained in the kitchen.
Stay updated with food trends and continuously innovate to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, promotional dishes, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or head chef role.
Proven expertise in Lebanese cuisine; experience in international is essential.
Strong knowledge of breakfast trends, modern plating, and flavor combinations.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to
