Senior Chef De Partie (French Restaurant)
Bord Eau Restaurant, Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi
An amazing opportunity is open in our fine dining French restaurant Bord Eau. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef De Partie to lead our dynamic team at Bord Eau dedicated to delivering an authentic and exquisite culinary experience. Bord Eau is a classical French cuisine elevated by the very best produce; artfully plated dishes paired with the finest wines promise a meal to remember at this Louis XIII decor inspired restaurant.
What are we looking for?

• Has a passion for French Cuisines
• Experience working in a French Fine dining restaurant or luxury 5-star hotel with specialty restaurant background.
• 2-4 years of Experience in the similar area.
• Fluent in English (A foreign language will be an advantage)
• Ability to focus, always remaining calm and courteous.
• Highly responsible & reliable

What will you do?

• To work closely with the Chef in charge of the Kitchen on quality and cost control of food.
• To assist the Chef De Cuisine in composing new recipes and menu ideas.
• Controls cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing and presentation of all dishes.
• Controls freshness, preparation techniques and storage of goods used.
• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and always following the grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as other legal requirements, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.
