connectivity regional engineering support to Airbus operators and will have the
following responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Supporting and providing In-Service Engineering Support for High Bandwidth
Connectivity (HBCplus) customers in the Middle East region,
\xe2\x97\x8f Making the sorting between off-board and on-board connectivity issue,
\xe2\x97\x8f Contributing to the Maintenance recommendations to resolve issues in close
collaboration with airline maintenance & engineering teams, vendors and
Airbus customer care centre.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist the Airline as Technical Advisor (no maintenance to be performed on
A/C by the candidate)
\xe2\x97\x8f Following-up and monitoring the service availability of the concerned fleet,
\xe2\x97\x8f Identifying and capturing improvements and limitations dealing with HBCplus
Products.Competences / Skills requested:
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competencies and skills:
\xe2\x97\x8f Having a first experience in airline and/or having avionics background,
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to analysis problems and find mitigations solutions / first level of
troubleshooting recommendations,
\xe2\x97\x8f Team player, adaptable, flexible and open to continuing challenges,
\xe2\x97\x8f Good mentoring and data driven skills,
\xe2\x97\x8f Service minded and highly customer focus, able to understand customer
needs,

\xe2\x97\x8f Good presentation skills, both oral and written.Experience in supporting IFE & Cabin connectivity domains would be highly appreciated.
