Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mobiles, laptops, and related electronic products.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
Analyze market trends, product availability, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales/operations to maintain optimal stock levels.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure timely deliveries.
Collaborate with finance, logistics, and sales teams to streamline procurement operations.
Identify new suppliers, distributors, and opportunities in the UAE electronics market.
Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years of procurement/buying experience
in the UAE.
Proven expertise in
mobiles, laptops, and consumer electronics
procurement.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE electronics market and supply chain practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Preferred:
Existing vendor network in UAE electronics market.
Experience in large-scale procurement and managing multiple suppliers.
