Overview

Sales management/controlling including analysis of market developments, KPIs and key figures to promote profitable growth



Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensuring high-quality reporting



Ensuring the integrity of and compliance with accounting standards



Active participation in performance management with a focus on achieving business goals in Austria and Switzerland



Management of the process for preparing the annual business plan (ABP) and forecasts (RFC)



Carrying out regular reports and preparing ad-hoc analyses



Proactively suggesting process improvements and independently implementing various challenging projects

Job Requirements

Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on controlling or financial management

At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in trade or industry

Experience in analyzing large amounts of data, deriving recommendations for action and preparing target group-specific core messages

Very good IT knowledge, especially in the area of MS Excel

Result-oriented, reliable and precise working style, combined with hands-on mentality, high problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
