Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Transaction Banking and Virtual Account Management (VAM). The role focuses on requirement gathering, solution design, and functional delivery for corporate banking digital channels and VAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Transaction Banking and Cash Management
• Lead requirement workshops with corporate banking stakeholders and technology teams
• Work extensively with Virtual Account Management products across major platforms
• Define detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user journeys
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, and rollout of VAM and cash management features
• Liaise with product vendors (e.g., iGTB, Finastra, Oracle, CashIn, Tieto) to align product capability with client needs
• Validate corporate digital channel enhancements including liquidity management, sweeps, pooling, reconciliation, and virtual structures
• Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, and closure
• Collaborate with API and integration teams for seamless system connectivity
• Prepare training documents, release notes, and user guides for business teams
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, security, and operational risk policies

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 5-10 years of relevant Business Analyst experience in Transaction Banking or Cash Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Virtual Account Management solutions
• Experience with platforms such as iGTB, Finastra, Oracle VAM, CashIn, or Tieto
• Good understanding of corporate banking processes, collections, receivables, liquidity, and reconciliation
• Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines
