Contract: 9 months - extendable
Job Purpose: to drive the optimization and enhancement of airport operations by leveraging expertise in business analysis, research & development, and airport technology. This role aims to bridge the gap between airport stakeholders, IT teams, and technology vendors, facilitating the successful implementation of operational business systems and solutions. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, designing efficient solutions, overseeing testing, and managing projects while focusing on improving the passenger experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, this role is crucial in identifying opportunities for process enhancement and ensuring that airport operation systems align with long-term business strategies. By actively engaging in research and development initiatives, the Senior Business Analyst is also responsible to explore innovative technologies, evaluates their feasibility and impact, and pilots new concepts to advance airport operations.

Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in airport operations and related domains.
• Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential adoption of new technologies or methodologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or Internet of Things (IoT), in optimizing airport operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including technology vendors, research institutions, and industry associations, to prototype, pilot, and implement innovative solutions.

Project Management Excellence

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, consistently exceeding user expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and provide guidance to others in applying best practices to action plans.
