Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst with us, you will be responsible for leveraging your 3+ years of Open Banking experience and 8 years of Business Analysis expertise to lead and support various projects related to Open Banking initiatives within our Tier 1 Retail Bank. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment with Open Banking regulations and guidelines.
• Conducting thorough analysis and providing actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
• Developing detailed business requirements documentation and functional specifications to guide the development of innovative Open Banking solutions.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities, streamlining workflows, and optimizing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supporting project management activities, including project planning, progress monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Actively participating in workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working specifically in Open Banking within a Tier 1 Retail Bank.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analysis with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects related to Open Banking, including API integrations and data-sharing initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of Open Banking regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
• Agile project management experience would be an advantage.
