In this vital role you will enhance the promotion of Amgens products to serve patients: Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager Partner with Cluster/Territory Teams and collaborate (Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager, etc.) to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities Engage with peers and District Manager to learn standard methodologies Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate. Identify and capture competitive information Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-date Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities Seek inputs and assistance to coordinate activities Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs and drive self-development Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.
