Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and daily coordination with engineering, production, and digital delivery teams
• Support junior BIM and CAD staff with modeling techniques, workflows, and standards
• Utilize Civil 3D, Dynamo, and other modeling tools for highway design packages
• Work with Digital Design and Delivery Leads to achieve full compliance with project processes and digital requirements
• Develop and review engineering drawings including layouts, assemblies, sections, and isometric views
• Manage BIM activities from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to LOD requirements and modeling standards
• Create parametric and non-parametric BIM content and families
• Review drawings for accuracy, clarity, QA/QC compliance, and production standards
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure model consistency
• Use Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection, clash reporting, and model coordination
• Extract quantities, schedules, and design information directly from BIM models
• Maintain a strong understanding of Common Data Environment platforms including ProjectWise, BIM360, and ACC
• Contribute to training material development and support digital capability building across the team
• Perform additional BIM and CAD responsibilities as required

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 20 years of experience, or bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of experience
• Strong command of AutoCAD and solid experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Navisworks, Openroads, MicroStation, and digital design tools
• Very good understanding of BIM processes, LOD requirements, and digital project workflows
• Experience using Common Data Environment platforms such as ProjectWise and BIM360 or ACC
• Strong capability to supervise BIM Modelers and BIM Analysts
• Excellent understanding of advanced modeling techniques and engineering principles
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Good track record producing high-quality models and technical drawings for major highway projects
