We are recruiting a Senior Bids Executive who will have responsibility for managing the production of bids for our Middle East offices. You will work closely with the Bids Manager based in Dubai and local Bid Partners leading the opportunities, advising on bid best practice at all stages. You will co-ordinate the firm during the process and have project management and creative oversight to deliver the bid on time.
This role will be based at our Dubai Office and our standard working hours are 9.00am-6pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
At least 3 years of experience managing bids, providing advice on approach and strategy - ideally in Legal or professional services
Motivated and confident with good communication skills (with fluent written and spoken Arabic and English)
Experience writing and editing copy for client facing documents
Ability to coach presentation teams, managing, guiding and advising throughout a bidding process
Creative - providing creative solutions to a client's problems and able to visualise alternative ways of presenting information
Project and time management skills - juggling different bids and priorities at the same time while ensuring deadlines are met
Excellent writing skills and editing skills
