Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager with a strong technical background in Power BI and data visualization. This role will lead a team of three reporting analysts while also being hands-on in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards that integrate client performance, financial performance, and risk performance. The ideal candidate combines leadership with advanced technical expertise, ensuring high-quality, automated, and insightful reporting across the Group..
Main tasks and responsibilities
Technical Reporting & Dashboards

• Personally design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Implement data models, DAX measures, Power Query for complex KPIs.
• Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual intervention.
• Create interactive visualizations tailored for executive and operational needs.

Data Integration & Management

• Connect to multiple systems (ERP/accounting, CRM, trading/risk systems).
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for clean, reliable data.
• Ensure data governance, consistency, and security across reports.

Analysis & Insights

• Conduct variance and trend analysis across client, financial, and risk data.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and the board.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with reporting.

Collaboration & Business Support

• Partner with Finance, Risk, Dealing, and Operations teams to define KPIs.
• Act as subject-matter expert on BI and reporting strategy.
• Train stakeholders in self-service use of dashboards and data tools.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in financial mathematics and Computation; bachelor's degree in mathematics, Applied Mathematics (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Analytics.
• Proven record of delivering reporting solutions in finance, risk, or trading environments.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor BI/reporting analysts.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint, and reporting automation.

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance KPIs.

• Experience analyzing financial, risk, and client data, providing insights for senior decision-making.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
