:

The Senior Benefits Analyst is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for countries where the Company operates in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The Senior Benefits Analyst leads all region benefit vendor requirements, including plan design, negotiations, and framework requirements, and undertakes Request for Proposals (RFP).

What You Will Do:
  • Collaborates with external consultants, brokers, and vendor partners to ensure ABS\' benefits offerings in all EMEA locations.
  • Leads all EMEA region benefit vendor requirements, including plan design, negotiations, and framework requirements, and undertakes Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Ensures EMEA benefit plan vendors administer plans according to design and recommend market reviews.
  • Monitors vendor performance and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Develops (or assists in developing) vendor performance metrics, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilizes communications plans to update the workforce on benefits enhancements.
  • Conducts annual benefit renewals, including compiling employee data and census files.
  • Completes benefits calculations and reviews benefits awards from external benefits vendors.
  • Handles complex employee benefit-related issues, including employee requests and inquiries, issue resolution, and assistance.
  • Partner effectively with external consultants, brokers, and vendor partners to ensure ABS\' benefits offerings in all Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) locations are fit for purpose, competitive, and cost-effective.
  • Partners with the Global Benefits team in Houston, Texas, to align and maintain a Global Benefits inventory.
  • Provides expert benefits advice and guidance to the wider HR team and ABS leadership.
  • Collaborates internally with HR Business Partner and management to resolve complex individual employee benefits issues.
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and champion for benefits across the region.
What You Will Need:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 - 7 years of previous related experience is generally required.
  • Experience working on benefits plan design, implementation, and ongoing management of benefit offerings.
  • Experience leading benefit implementation and benefits projects.
  • Benefits experience in Europe, Middle East, and Africa is essential.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work well within competing deadlines.
  • Excellent numerical reasoning skills and ability to balance commercial drivers with core plan design and cost control.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to bring complex benefits data to life.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas or issues to engage a broad employee base.
  • Delivery capacity and operational grip to \xe2\x80\x9chit the ground running\xe2\x80\x9d and deliver results quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to learn the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
Reporting Relationships:

This role reports to a senior-level Manager or Director.
