Job Description
We are looking for a
creative and experienced Mixologist
to join our dynamic bar team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails, strong guest interaction skills, and the ability to create memorable bar experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve classic & signature cocktails with consistency Develop innovative cocktail menus and seasonal specials Ensure high standards of presentation, taste, and service Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control Engage with guests and provide recommendations Follow UAE alcohol service regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender (Dubai experience preferred) Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented Flexible to work night shifts and weekends
