As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in curating delightful beverage experiences for our guests without the inclusion of alcohol. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining a welcoming ambiance, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholic Beverages:

Craft a diverse selection of mocktails, smoothies, specialty coffees, and other refreshing drinks, following standardized recipes and guest preferences.

Customer Service Excellence:

Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their preferences, and delivering a personalized experience.

Bar Area Maintenance:

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment to meet hygiene standards.

Efficient Order Management:

Utilize POS systems to process orders and payments accurately, ensuring prompt service and smooth transactions.

Inventory Management:

Monitor levels of non-alcoholic ingredients and supplies, and proactively restock to prevent shortages.

Adhere to Regulations and Safety Protocols:

Follow all safety guidelines, including verifying guest age when necessary, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members across departments to maintain smooth operations and improve the overall guest experience.

Upselling and Promotion:

Promote additional products, specials, and services to boost revenue and enhance guest satisfaction

Stay Updated on Trends:

Keep up with the latest beverage trends, new recipes, and innovations to continuously improve your skills and offerings.

Positive Attitude and Professionalism:

Maintain a welcoming and cheerful demeanor, particularly during busy periods, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred. Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, including preparation techniques and flavour profiles. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive guest relationships. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
