Job Description
Role: Senior Python Developer
Remote: (+/- 4 hours of UAE)
Senior Backend Developer specializing in Python (Django) and RESTful APIs is required to join a successful UAE based start-up. Our client is revolutionizing the way companies manage people, from HR and Operations all the way through to payroll and payments.
The Senior Python Developer will play a crucial role in building reliable backend architecture solutions and web applications. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for advancing the development stack and ensuring scale as we continue to grow to across many countries.
Key skills required:
- 4+ years experience of Python (Django)
- Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs design and best practices
- PostgreSQL & SQL database design
- Working knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) patterns,
- Exposure to Test Driven Design (TDD) and good understanding of integration tests, component tests etc
- AWS, Google Cloud Platform cloud hosted infrastructure experience
- Experience with NoSQL databases (desirable but not essential)
