Senior Backend Developer

to join our growing team in Dubai Production City.

The Role

As a

Senior Backend Developer

, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining the core systems that power our platform and applications. You'll work closely with our product, mobile, and frontend teams to build highly scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that support real-time logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend services and APIs for our apps and platform. Design scalable systems architecture for multi-city and multi-region deployment. Integrate third-party APIs (maps, payment gateways, CRMs, etc.). Ensure database efficiency, optimization, and data security (GDPR-compliant). Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure seamless integration. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain clean code standards. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years

of professional backend development experience. Proficient in

Python

(Django / FastAPI / Flask). Strong knowledge of

MySQL

or

PostgreSQL

. Understanding of

ReactJS

integration and frontend collaboration. Experience with

AWS

,

Docker

, and

CI/CD pipelines

. Familiar with

API design

,

microservices architecture

, and

RESTful services

. Knowledge of

Redis

MongoDB

GraphQL

is a plus. Strong understanding of
