We, Nair Systems, are a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation. Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Azure Systems Administrator/Architect for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Required education and prior experience:

. Mandatory: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or Similar field . Mandatory: 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Azure and Server Platforms . Mandatory: 2+ years' experience in Azure, Microsoft 365 Suite and PowerShell scripting. Previous Azure focused project work with proven track record. . Mandatory: Microsoft Windows Server and Azure Cloud Administration & Architecture certifications . Desirable: Knowledge of RPA and Microsoft Power Automate. . Desirable: Network Certifications CCNA/CCNP . Desirable: Redhat Linux Certification or prior experience. . Desirable: Prior Experience or Certification in SharePoint & SQL Server, VMWare.

Key responsibilities & competencies:

. Windows Server and Infrastructure Administration (On-prem and cloud) - AD & AAD, DNS, DHCP, etc . Microsoft Azure, Cloud IaaS, PaaS Administration . Must have hand-on experience with Network Routing, Express Route, Azure VNets, Load Balancers, Private Endpoints, Virtual Networks, Virtual Network Peering, and other Azure networking services. . Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) . Virtualisation knowledge (on-premise) - Hyper-V and preferably VMWare, . Performing Backup with knowledge of Technologies & Strategies . Performing and automating Patching and vulnerability management, . Microsoft 365 (cloud) Administration - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive . Manage the deployment and administration of Modern Workplace ie. Windows 10/11, Intune, application readiness, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Microsoft 365, Azure EndPoint Security and Management, Virtual Desktop and End User Computing technologies. . Administer and Manage Microsoft Azure Data technologies (Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Data Bricks, Data Lakes, Spark, ML, Cognitive Services, Power BI). . Design cloud environments from a holistic point of view aligned with the latest security and compliance requirements utilizing Microsoft best practice. . Elicit and gather requirements, perform solution demonstrationa and create outcome-driven solution presentations . Compose technical responses and write business and technical reports to solve business problems . Deliver technology strategies, roadmaps, and designs, oversight, and governance of deployments, and work closely with the development and business team members. . Engageme in a consultative manner with vendors and internal team members for ongoing solution development and continuous deployment . Develop Architectures and implement Azure Landing Zones utilizing Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework . Azure Cloud Services - Expert in Technical Architecture - Principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of Technical Architecture . Azure Security - deep knowledge of cybersecurity design, data security design, and network security design based on Microsoft Identity and Cloud Security services . Design cloud environments from a holistic point of view aligned with the latest security and compliance requirements utilizing Microsoft best practice . Create outcome-driven solution presentations aligned with development team requirements and customer stakeholders . Experience and understanding of end user technology architectures, including infrastructure, security, data, network, security, devices and collaboration . Knowledge in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorisation, Identity Lifecycle Management. . Experience in Active directory, Azure AD and integration of enterprise applications for Single Sign-On. . Designing and implementing Azure AD Connect, Azure AD authentication methods and Microsoft Identity Management solutions specifically around on-premise based Identity Management with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). . Ability to Manage and rollout Windows Hello for business and MFA solutions. . Expert Knowledge in Powershell and strong background in command line usage and developing Powershell scripts. . Perform troubleshooting and ensure service availability. . Perform Windows Endpoint Administration, automation, troubleshooting and Support. . Plan for, manage and monitor compute, storage and resource consumption and charging.
