Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy and manage Azure VMs, networking, storage, and identity solutions.
• Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell, ARM templates, and Bicep for automating Azure infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure high availability and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and diagnostics.
• IT Ticket Management: Handle IT ticket flows and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure issues and requests seamlessly.
• Integration Experience: Ensure seamless integration between EPPM and other S4 modules.
• Collaboration with Business: Work closely with senior functional counterparts from the business side, providing advice and justifications as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Azure Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure deployment and management.
• Automation Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Monitoring Skills: Expertise in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and diagnostics.
• IT Ticket Management: Proficiency in managing IT ticket flows and troubleshooting Azure issues.
