We are hiring for Full Stack Automation Engineer to drive our product quality and reliability. If you are keen to be

You will research and develop quality assurance practice in support of business cases and systems requirements
over the course of software development lifecycles. You will apply proven analytical and problem-solving
skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the conversion rate in customer
purchase journey.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that the applications is high-quality by building product test strategies, writing and automating
test plans, and communicating with the team about issues, risk, and product quality
Help ensure releases adhere to deadlines while not compromising on quality.
Able to communicate effectively with fellow developers about quality related needs
Defining automation plans to support new product launches.
Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process
Design and implement automation framework that work across multiple platforms and devices.
Lead automation efforts and explore new test automation tools and methods.
Establish processes and tool set to maintain automation scripts and generate regular test reports.
Working directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Program
Managers to ensure quality of our delivered systems.
The ideal candidate will quick learner and be able to work independently. He/she should be able to
operate in a very fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical field
6+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Experience developing automation in at least one of OO languages - Java, Python
Experienced in mobile (iOS and Android) and web test automation
Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development
Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, and test execution of highly complex systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
Hands-on automation for end-to-end testing including back-end or front-end applications.
Comfortable with Selenium, Gherkins / Cucumber frameworks
Ability to use a wide variety of open source and in house technologies and tools, that are DevOps
enablers such as Docker, Maven, Jenkins, GiTHub etc.
Collaborate with Developers, Business and multiple global stakeholders to drive QA
Should take a hands-on approach to implementing QA processes right from requirements analysis,
test design, automation and analysis, where required. Should own the quality and timeliness of delivery
Good to have performance, Scalability, Stress tests and Security Testing skills
