This position is responsible for the design and creation of interior design detailed drawings and related required drawings for The First Groups commercial Hotel developments. The Senior CAD Designer will be required to establish and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines for multiple drafting projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The ability to produce 2D and 3D professional engineering /detailed drawings related to internal and external Hotel developments
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Stay up-to-date on all issues, updates, and progress of all projects
• Maintain CAD drafting project schedules.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• 2 Year Associates Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural AutoCAD or equivalent degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a CAD Designer for hospitality projects
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Fit-out shop drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management.
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong drive for results.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Sketchup
• Leadership abilities and Detail Orientated
• Communication skills
