Audit and Verification

Review financial records and supporting documentation to confirm accuracy. Verify reconciliations of accounts (bank, intercompany, etc.). Ensure accounting adjustments, accruals, and provisions are correctly applied.

Tax Compliance and FIRS Considerations (Nigeria-specific)

Internal Controls and Risk Assessment
