Job Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Head of Team

to lead and oversee the operations of our Bookkeeping office. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing a team 4 employees while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, client relations, while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management



Lead, mentor, and manage a team across various functions, specialized on bookkeeping and administrative support. Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback to all team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and morale.

Operations Management



Supervise the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor and manage resources, including budgets, software, and infrastructure.

Compliance & Quality Assurance



Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for tax, audit, and bookkeeping services. Conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and accuracy in service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and operations accordingly.

Qualifications and SkillsEducation & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a Bookkeeping role. Must be Arabic Nationality

Technical Skills



Proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero). Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting standards. Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.

Soft Skills



Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and operational efficiency.
