Senior ATC/ATM Engineer



Responsabilities



The ATS/ATM Senior Engineer:


Is in charge of ATC/ATM expertise in the region. This includes: Deliver expertise services within Artelia Airports projects for CNS/ATM equipment specification and implementation, operation and maintenance consideration (CONOPS, commissioning, maintenance requirements ...) Maintain an updated thorough knowledge of standards, local regulation and practice, suppliers, innovations Maintain and develop precise knowledge of current ATC/ATM equipment for the airports in the region Develop network with other experts Is in charge of the project management if the project is exclusively dedicated to ATC/ATM or the ATC/ATM scope of a wider project. He/She ensures project performance in terms of cost/quality/schedule, in compliance with Artelia Airports' project management procedures and standards. This includes: Manage the relationships with the Client Manage the deliverables of other supporting Artelia Airports' experts and/or partners Manage the contractual issues Manage time-schedule and the budget Insure the quality of the services and deliverables Is contributing to business development for ATC/ATM services. This includes: Assist the business development and bid management team for meetings / presentations and preparation of proposals Develop network with clients, partners, suppliers etc. Maintain a pipeline of coming projects (extension, upgrade, ...) Represent ADPI for conferences, exhibitions etc...

In a broader perspective, the Senior Engineer :


Fully contributes to the vision, policies and public image of the company through his performance. If needed, participates in internal projects relate to his/ her function (QMS, reporting...)




Qualifications



Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent 10 -15 years experience in CNS/ATC/ATM design and/or installation (minimum 8 years) Expert knowledge on ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices on CNS/ATM systems Experienced in Project Management and Contract administration Excellent presentation and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly proficient in spoken and written English Strong organizational and analytical skills ATSEP certification or equivalent is a plus Experience in quality management is a plus Former ATC controller is a plus French speaking is a plus
